We explained to a member of staff in the showroom the reason we wished to replace our lounge, hallway, stairs & landing carpet. It was because it wasn't practical having an ill elderly dog. At no time during our purchase was it explained how much time it would take to maintain the wooden flooring we chose Every small drop of ANY liquid leaves a mark! 8,000 later we now wish we had purchased laminate or a new carpet Very disappointed

Really knowledgeable and super helpful. We went in knowing nothing about wooden flooring and left with all the info we needed and enough samples to make an informed choice. We then bought and laid the floor and are delighted with the results. Even the delivery driver was helpful and friendly. So glad we found this place.

Great service - many thanks to the WFC team who planned and carried out the fitting of the wooden floor across the entire ground floor of our house. Michael and Steve were very helpful and supportive setting out our options, providing different samples, and on the site visit. Then fitter Chris Dodds was first class doing the job with great skill, goodwill and humour. Many thanks to all involved and we have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
