        POOR Customer service. Found a nice car on Ford Direct, it then said to phone this local dealership. Our first attempt at calling said they would contact us back, but didn't. 2nd attempt we were told that they wouldn't make much money on the car listed, so they wouldn't bother... .. thanks for the help?!?
