The staff are always polite and friendly on arrival and are always happy to help. Vanessa is the best dentist I have been too, she always takes her time and explains everything she is doing or anything that needs doing thoroughly to you.

Have been at this dental practice for many years and have always found the reception staff to be friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The dentists, nurses and hygienists have been kind and gentle and treatment pain free. Very please I was recommended this practice. I would highly recommend this practice without hesitation.

After working for a year at Sussex Dental Group, I can only say they are AMAZING! A big thank you to the management team: Marzena, Anna and Nikki, for being so nice and understanding. You feel supported by the whole team if you have any question or doubts. I started as a Trainee so I had loads. They take the time to give you a proper training and they also make sure you feel comfortable doing your job. I would also like to mention the owners, Emmanuel and Vanessa, both humble and approchable people, they will always have a nice word to say to you, and this really says a lot about how the business work. As for the nurses, they all are very kind and ready to help you if you feel need it. They have a very experienced team which makes it easier for people who prefer to see same faces all the time, however they are always open to hiring and train new staff. The reception is also great and helpful, they are a very experienced and communicative team, which is very helpful if you work in such a fast-paced places as it is a dental practice. Clare is always willing to help and happy to answer any question you have, she is awesome! And last but not the least, a huge thank you to Doctor Nour Geres, an amazing dentist that is always willing to help and to provide the BEST service she can. Nour will always have kind words to say, and combined to her professionalism, it makes her a great clinician to work with. I honestly do not know what I would have done without her in the clinic! Nour is really the best! I just want to say I am really greatful to SDG for giving me the opportunity to work here, I have gained so much skills that now will be valuable for the rest of my life!

I love this dentist. Reception staff are lovely and very welcoming and Dr Nor is the best dentist Ive ever had. Her nurse assistant is lovely too. They are both amazing- thank you! Can definitely recommend the hygienist who is thorough and gives great advice. Im so much happier going to this dentist.
