We bought a DS4 performance line + a month ago and are extremely happy its an amazing car! I highly recommend DS automobiles as your next car. However unfortunately Tates are not the best at making a customer feel valued and there organisation with paperwork is pretty poor! All in all I would have preferred to purchase from another extremely helpful dealer Barretts Canterbury however they didnt have the model & colour we wanted

Bought a Ds3 recently from here - Conner was the sales adviser - he carried out everything that was discussed - Conner was the sales adviser - - his product knowledge was second to none!! And he has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SALES AND AFTER SALES SERVICE TOO-! Thank you Conner - Lynda

The fact that we have just purchased our fifth new car from James at Tates speaks for itself. We couldnt be more pleased with the service of all the staff we have had dealings with and it is clear that everyone works as part of the team. Thank you all - hence the 5 stars+. We are now the very happy owners of a new, shiny black D3 crossback. (Not forgetting the maroon roof!) James has been, and is, outstanding in the way he has dealt with us over the years explaining everything in his patient, personal, efficient and genuinely caring manner and following up on any queries or concerns immediately. Nothing is too much trouble and the support is ongoing. Most importantly he has listened to our questions and requirements and done his very best to guide us towards the right car or allay our concerns or fix a problem. This is illustrated by the fact that he has remembered the particular requirements we have expressed over the years and was sure this particular car would tick all our boxes. When we got home from the showroom my husband said I think we have got the car thats absolutely perfect for both of us at this stage of our lives.. Thank you so much, James. We are thrilled.
