From my first call about the car to collecting it, I have to say I received 1st class service from Robson, Luke & Maddie at Mercedes Brighton. Robson was fantastic from showing me all my finance and explaining things clearly like the Guardx and minor damage insurance options etc. Also the way he explained everything clearly about the car and controls on hand over. Thank you all.

Went for parts. Pressed the bell and waited ages with no result. Ignored by all so I went elsewhere. Had a service and they kept my car overnight without letting me know. VERY expensive.

Vehicle covered in birds mess when pick up only one person in service area didn't even check the loan car poor. After had dealt with Eastbourne recently I will stick with then
