Returned to Chandlers Motorrad, now Group 1 Brighton, this week for my GSA to receive its Service Enhancement on the shaft drive. Absolutely first class service from the team there. I dealt directly with Ben Sweetman, who was excellent & a credit to BMW. Nothing was too much trouble & my bike was returned to me improved & without fault. The enhancement looks like it has always been there, which I was apprehensive about. Those looking / needing this work done do not hesitate in going to Chandlers. Tried, tested & recommended. Brilliant work & thank you.

I originally visited Group 1 Brighton (formerly Chandlers) BMW Motorrad to enquire about a BMW R NineT Scrambler that they had for sale. Lydia, whos an avid biker herself, helped me with my enquiry and was extremely helpful and friendly. Ultimately, I bought a motorcycle from another Motorrad dealer and, a few weeks later found myself back at Group 1 for an accessory to be fitted. Whilst waiting, Lydia saw me, remembered me and popped over for a chat about motorcycling. I was made to feel welcome and valued. Brad helped me with the accessory fitting side of things and was also very helpful with the cost coming in at less than the original quote. Both Brad and Lydia could not have been more professional and friendly. Visiting Group 1, as a new customer, I was made to feel genuinely valued. Brad and Lydia are both a credit to Group 1 BMW Motorrad.
