EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! LIFESHINE PROTECTION!!! On 19th March I visited this dealership to buy my next car, after viewing I pointed out some problems with the car, which the sales assistant said will be sorted when the car ready to collect. This included service LifeShine Protection for car and wheels, for this I paid 600!!! Car had some minor scratches so I was happy to pay extra to have this all removed and collect a great looking car. On the day of collection, it was 27th March, I was speechless. NONE of the scratches were removed, there wasn't any sign of any work taken on the car apart from a few chips removed from the bonnet (this also wasn't done properly; they painted a deeper part of scratch on the boot, but left another 10cm visible). Wheels which should also have ceramic coating applied, had a thick layer of brake pad dust, how? Car wasn't washed before collection? I pointed this all to the sales assistant . They tried to convince me that the service I paid is provided, unfortunately I had a previous car protected and know how the car looks after this process. They offered to bring the car to the expected condition, but this will require hours of work, I couldn't wait because I value my time, this also cost me a lot of money to travel home and come another day!!! They had a car for over a week in the parking lot!!! I requested a refund AND since 27th March I am still waiting, I was assured at least three times that it is processed and will be with me soon, last Monday, 17th I was told over the phone that it has been processed!!! Still nothing in my bank account!!! I asked for an email confirming this and it also wasn't sent, funny right. There is no response for emails, my finance cooling off period expired, who would care now about customers; also none of the managers called me back, even when I requested this a few times. Personal conclusions: LifeShine protection is easy money for dealerships, without a lot of work. PersonallyI am sure that this wasn't applied to my car. They just assumed I wouldn't notice a difference, bad for them I got experience in this matter. For 600 POUNDS you can find many professional individuals and get amazing service and a great looking car!!! Just stay away from dealerships!!! Never again will I get any extras buying a car, this was honestly the first time I agreed for this, I regret it so much. Customer experience is below any standards. I don't wish anyone to be treated like the amount of money on the invoice like I was. This only confirms that they value turnover and margin, after cooling off you can go F yourself.

*Update, was made contact with and was told they were waiting for a response back from the body shop. Shock horror, this was 2 weeks ago, and not heard anything back since. next up, head office. Had ample time to respond* Ive given ample time to have a response, however clearly not forthcoming or urgent enough despite my car being damaged whilst at this site. I dropped my car in as part of a recall last week, and was given great service up until I collected my car back. I immediately noticed there was damage on the front of my bumper, the clear coat (lacquer), had been jet washed off car. I raised immediately with gentlemen and he took pictures of car and said someone would get back to me. Nothing came. On Monday I got a call asking me how I would rate the service, same again, said all was fine, but my car was damaged whilst being in your care. Lady on phone said she would raise and get someone to call me back, once again nothing. Its crystal clear the damage was done whilst in your care, as given how large it is, it would have been highlighted on pre vehicle check video (its impossible to miss and the damage is vast), therefore I can only assume this was an attempt to conceal said damage. Id greatly appreciate someone calling me so we can get this sorted and put my car back into the condition it arrived in. Dont expect people who work for such a large brand to give such appallingly after care, please contact me so we can get this resolved
