From initial enquiry to fitting , brilliant customer service and support when I had questions! I absolutely love my shutters - stunning !! Worth every penny - special thanks to my fitter - Marcin. He was so professional and took his time to make sure everything was fitted properly! Do not know how I lived without them. Good job.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company.From the first enquiry, to the home visit in Twickenham to measure, to the fitting,ALL of it was very smoothly handled.Richard, who installed the Plantation Shutter Blinds was a very nice fella,an extremely capable man, who advised us on what we could have....this was a great help, and me and my family were over the moon at the results.......AND, bottom line, at a very competitive price.I would not hesitate to recommend this firm to others.......I have,....already..

We are very pleased with the shutters that were installed. What impressed us most is the fact that the sales person was also the installer / technical so we didn't feel being sold to. The only thing where I was surprised was about the fact that you have to pay the whole price in full even prior to installation. The shutters are tailor made so I guess that protects them from clients pulling out of the contract. Can definitely recommend Shutterly Fabulous - in particular since the price was also the cheapest compared to the other providers we spoke to. Good price and high quality!

So impressed by the new shutters and the service provided by Shaun was excellent from start to finish. He came to measure up and gave us good advice on windows of different shapes and sizes. The installation was excellent. We were kept informed throughout the process of manufacturing through to booking an installation date and the people on the phone clearly know what they're talking about too. Shaun even took a look at a shutter we had installed from a different company which needed repairing for no extra charge. Genuinely nice guy and great customer service. We will be using Shutterly Fabulous again for another room.
