Absolute jokers Delivered a pallet of slabs to the wrong address, despite the correct details being on the delivery note, I understand mistakes happen but quite frankly the attitude from their office when I phoned to enquire was absolutely shocking If thats how you think you resolve your errors you really do have a lot to learn

Bad behaviour of the driver, he used bad language and used racist slur at me. first incident- we asked him to safe park the lorry, so the school children can cross the road safely. i even offered to move my parked car. but he denied my offer and moved the vehicle to middle of the road. so my staff called the office to explain the situation and they told her, it is legal to block the road for 20mins to deliver goods (we didn't know until then its is legal). if we done anything wrong, we would have said sorry to him. but i believe, what i asked him to do it is the right and safe things for everyone. this incident happened aprox 3 to 4 weeks. But today 16/9/21 same driver, for no reason looked at me and started to use bad language. i was alone and too scared to face him. so called the office to complain about his behaviour. but they keep arguing about our previous complain. even though i tried to explain about today's issue. i do understand nationwide driver issue and conditions they are working to deliver goods on time to people and i respect them for that. but he have no rights to behave like this. i been living here for last 5 year and seen and met so many different delivery companies like DHL , bestway and bookers and many more( very good customer service and very much care about public). * this place is highly populated residential place with two primary school and lots of family with young children.
