        Attempted to drop off a parcel yesterday and was advised that the post office does not take this kind of parcel and to go elsewhere, despite it specifically listing South Petherton as a drop off location online. This is the second time this has happened to me. If you cant be bothered to do your job, then get a different one!

        Michael and everyone there has been extremely helpful over the last few years during which we have settled in to the village. Always helpful, freely giving advice on the best & most cost effective way to send packages as well as helping with receipt of items. Many thanks!

        Lovely seasonal decorations - both factory manufactured & handmade, chocolates for Christmas and cheerful, patient, polite staff...at this time of the year what more can you ask for!?!

        Post office with what has to be the worlds most miserable, arrogant post master. Popped in this week, said Hello twice and got nothing back - just a stare, followed by yes. This seems to happen every time I visit and fact of the matter is, this is basic stuff! He also seems confused about what services he offers. In the future please be polite!

        This guy needs to give up. The level of rudeness in here is on another level. No 'hello' or 'thanks' , just a look of disgust that you've bought some parcels in to his PO. He makes you feel like you're a hindrance.
