My partner needed an emergency supply of his daily medication while the GP sorted out a mishap with his prescription, phone up to see if he could get an emergency supply as he hadnt taken his tablets in 3 days, was told by a lovely lady on the phone we could get some there, so took the 20 minute trip, when we got there we was served by HELEN! incredibly RUDE! no one should be given the 3rd degree to why they needed the urgent supply, was even looked down on because that werent our regular pharmacy! My partner suffers from anxiety, Im so angry! Then continued to talk about me partner thinking we couldnt hear her!!! Im furious! I will be making a formal complainet, no customer service skills or common decency by the looks of things! Absolutely furious!
