        We have just successfully exchanged contracts having faced a series of problems and delays from parties further up the chain we were in. Fortunately, Rachel and her team at Cranes were absolutely superb throughout the process and managed to resolve all of the problems. They went above and beyond their usual remit by constantly chasing all the other Estate Agents up and down the chain to get things moving each time there was a delay, and communicating to keep us in the loop and informed. The support and service given by Rachel and the team was excellent. They were helpful and professional at all times and we would thoroughly recommend Cranes Sales & Lettings. Thank you guys for getting us there !
