I have had the pleasure of attending Laura's classes in Didcot for over a year. Laura puts in a lot of work to make each class fun, new and enjoyable, but also offers the chance challenge yourself if capable! The classes are suitable for any ability and experience as there are optional modifications you can add to most poses introduced. The environment is great because you always have a lot of space to practice and it is lovely to see the same faces each week. Laura is very friendly and encouraging, her passion for teaching yoga shows through the quality of the class. I have learnt a lot during my cIasses and can't recommend Yoga with LV enough and thank you for the great experience!

Laura is a real gem of a yoga teacher. She is so generous with the thought and care that she puts into each class, with a monthly theme, lovely poems and relaxations. Laura is very gentle in the way that she guides the classes, which flow beautifully and never feel repetitive. She has such a positive energy and shares her loving kindness to each and every person who attends. Laura has created a welcoming yoga community which she warmly holds space for. The emphasis is on tuning into your body and these teachings go beyond the mat, giving you a better perspective on life. You will come away feeling nourished and lighter. It really feels a great privilege to have found out about Yoga with LV. Thank you so much Laura!

Laura is fantastic!! As a complete beginner to yoga, she was so welcoming and patiently walked me through each move, and if I couldnt do it exactly, there is always another way to do it. The class was very friendly and I always felt at ease. I felt so relaxed in my body and mind by the end of class, I would highly recommend yoga with Laura to anyone woman or man.

Laura is a fantastic yoga teacher. I started yoga entirely online during lockdown - and Laura adapted the class skilfully to the virtual environment, doing a great job of demonstrating poses and techniques, and encouraging people in the class like me, who had never practiced yoga before. She has a wonderfully warm style as a teacher, and her classes feel relaxed and welcoming. As a newcomer, this helped me settle in. She did a wonderful job of explaining each pose, what was supposed to be bending - where, and why - and articulating what we were focusing on each lesson, often a specific area of the body, or type of movement. I found yoga to be an excellent stress-reliever and a more intensive physical workout than I expected. Laura's gentle encouragement, as well her imaginative sessions and the variety she created each week kept me coming back for more. I am very grateful to her for introducing me to yoga and helping me through my first wobbly poses.
