Kyle is great to work with. His extensive knowledge and interest shows and he keeps you motivated throughout. Sessions are challenging and rewarding and I can't wait to get back.

He is great working out where your fitness level is and will work from there to build you up. His outstanding ways of instruction is friendly and he motivates you to work hard. Really enjoy the pad work and technique development that is offered. Recommended for everyone
