        Ordered food from Kushi on JustEat and the restaurant did not confirm. I called them multiple times and got no answer. Had to contact JustEat customer service in the end to get my money back. Very disappointing!

        As a new business I was disappointed after ordering online noted only 10% discount, (shown on menu as 20% see attachment) I phoned and when questioned the guy advised that is Tuesday only, well it shows on all deliveries, OK I will give you a papadom, that is also advertised as a given. So we agreed a side dish to compensate the discount shortfall, as I explained free papadom's too! We waited the prescribed time an hour, when we got it, papadoms and extra side were there but one main meal was missing and no dips. So another phone call and a wait of 25 mins and the missing meal and a few more complimentary papadoms and the missing dips arrive, the guy was very apologetic. Now to the food was no better the average, chips were undercooked and the food was only warm and unappetising. Then I cross checked the cost against our regular vendor almost5 difference and not the same quality of food or service. Needs to improve across the board for us to return.
