After a long drawn out rollercoaster of a ride I cant recommend these guys enough especially Garry Wilson, who after a year of ups and downs went over and above to help us get moved. Long story short we were messed around by the people we bought from for over a year to the point where we lost our buyer and thought we were never going to moved, with the help from the team at south Ockendon we managed to get a new buyer and get everything rushed through in time so we could still move. We had a lot of problems to deal with but we managed to get through it all, 100% we have Garry to thank for that in his words ours was the most difficult purchase he has had to deal with in 25 years. Garry Thank you for everything you and your team did.

What can I say 10 out of 10 for the team at Bairstows particularly Garry who after a long drawn out sale due to unforeseen solicitor problems took the bull by the horn and using all his experience and in a very professional manner guided the sale through to its conclusion. Always there when advice needed and always kept informed with any relevant updates. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Gary at the south ockendon branch for all his efforts and hard work with ensuring the sale of my flat went through. We had a few obstacles in the way however he made sure he did everything he could for both me and the buyer to make it work .He kept me updated throughout putting me at ease and went above and beyond to sell the flat at a very busy period!

We had booked a house viewing in Ockendon for Saturday, 7th of May with Louiza. The day before we made 3 phone calls during workinh hours to confirm and nobody was picking up. Later in the evening we received an automated text message with a reminder for the house viewing. On Saturday morning we made 1 hour journey, only to arrive there and be told on the phone(this time they picked up) that the house has been sold. Louiza apparently has been trying to contact us many times without an answer. I don't know how's that possible without any email or missed phone calls or voicemails. Couldn't waste my time worse than this.
