Customer service has dramatically worsened over the last year or so. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a call back for a renewal quotation. After chasing several times and still not managing to get back through to the person handling my quote after they promised to call me the following day, requesting more call backs and having to remind the receptionist to actually take my name and number for a message I gave up and went direct with the insurer and sorted it within 5 minutes also saving money as William Taylor charge a service fee for zero service given. I will not be returning as a customer. If this is the service received when you are trying to give them money, I dread to think of the service you would receive if you required to make a claim or change or needed assistance. Very disappointed.
