        Really disappointed with how my hair turned out, it looked so awful that I had to return to my old salon to fix it for me. I have been to Lucys 4 times and the first few times I always had Astrid, she always did a good job! But this time I had a different person do my hair, cant remember her name but she absolutely ruined it!! I have attached photos of it, there is literally just blonde chunks on one side and the rest is a horrible mouse brown colour. I paid a lot of money to have this done! Very disappointed! Wont be returning!
