I've been a paitent here for about 5 years now and I'm getting so fed up with their treatment. Not only did the doctor huff and puff down the phone and didn't want to see my daughter, he later disgonsed her with ashtma. I handed in my perscription over a week ago, the receptionist told me he signed it the day I handed it in, and 9 days later, he still hasn't sent it to the pharmacy. It's got worse over the years. IF you can even get an appointment because they're always gone within the first 10 minutes of opening, which I don't think it true. I've also seen my doctor leave the surgery at 10am on days and not return. He's hardly even there.

Tried over 200 times to get an appointment from 8am but cant get through. What is the point of a surgery where you cant make appointments.

Never able to get an appointment. I've been calling since 8am this morning and just reached them after 60 times i tried. Been told that the line was off and some people only reach them after they call 300 times (like is this something I should have received as a reply instead of apologizing for my inconvenience?? ) and should call tomorrow morning. Ridiculous. Don't reccomended this GP, every other time I called I was never seen and never met my actual GP or got an appointment.

The Doctors are so lovely and helpful, real shame that one cannot get through. I have been calling for the past week and phone still engaged. After 100 redial attemps called different times/afternoon only to be hit by answer machine saying office closed and time was only 4.30pm. Ridiculous you can never get through and when you do you're told "you should have called at 8am". Need to either change their system or high someone for the phones.

Doctors themselves are lovely. Just the receptionist is quite rude and thinks she knows it all. She is very condescending and acts like shes the only authority in the place. She makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. Ive literally rang over 200 times and still not got through. Then when you do get through you have to deal with her. Im so happy Im moving surgeries. Suprised she still has a job looking at the reviews as Im clearly not the only one.
