Bluebell Surgery

Terrible place joined this medical centre six months ago, I've had 2 appointments neither of which were kept by the medical staff, I left on both occasions after being left in the waiting room way past my appointment times. I would recommend you choose a different surgery.

If I could give less I would, just called to cancel an appointment at 6.25, waited in queue on phone, they picked up the phone and immediately put it down again, I called straight back and got the surgery is now closed so now you have an appointment going to waste, well done Bluebell!

An absolute joke. Not our regular doctors and I'm horrified just how awful they are. Wife was sent here as an emergency. Doctor was rude and unsympathetic to my wife's suffering. Rather than try to get to the root of what is going on the doctor implied that it was down to my wife's mental condition. Bearing in mind that this doctor has no previous knowledge or dealing with my wife. She made my wife feel a hundred times worse than she did prior to visiting. Wish we had waited to see our regular doctor.

I can't believe this surgery and others they are all the same, you phone for appointment you can only speak to doctor over the phone, then they say go to a/e don't they realise hospital are busy, you should be able to see your own doctor why are they sending you elsewhere I'm not getting these surgery's all these surgery need to be named and shamed
