Doctor Yassin was very professional and so understanding and caring on my visit to the health centre today.

This morning I called the gp at exactly 8 am to book a appointment however I had to wait over an hour to be assisted even so I still did not talk to then. I mean this is atrocious I waited over an hour and still havent been seen, talked to or nothing.

Rude receptionists who arent remotely medically trained. This week there are NO doctors in the building full stop!! Tell lies about test results and have to google symptoms. I have contacted NHS england who are investigating but have told me that if a patient isnt satisfied they can legally complain and demand a second opinion and if a gp refuses to investigate and subsequently misses something it is grounds for legal action. Watch this space. Complain formally to NHS england trust me it is worth it.

I haven't seen Dr yasin for 2 years. everytime I question why I only ever get to see a nurse I'm told the doctors are off sick!! call at exactly 8am to be told I'm no 18 in the queue then when get through appointments are gone. needs an overhaul

NHS website and my previous GP informed me I can book an appointment even if Im not registered yet. This includes emergency appointments. I called at 7:59am and didnt get through until 8:30am and was told I cant book any appointment if Im not registered. I was greeted with a lot of attitude and patronising comments. I then stated the facts to her and the lady said I can book but theres no appointments anyway. I specifically called at 8am to try and get an emergency appointment however, being in the queue for half an hour means they were all gone. Very unpleasant first experience with this GP. GP receptionist are mostly so nonchalant and rude. Need to be trained on their customer service. Her attitude has ruined my morning and I was already stressed and worried about my health concerns as it is. No duty of care whatsoever.
