CCS were wonderful and very professional. They handled the case with my tenants excellently well to a favourable conclusion for me. Sophie went above the top in support and communication was very good. Hollie was always available and helpful. I highly recommend them and will give higher than 5Stars if available.

SUCCESSFUL EVICTION. Hi, many thanks to Sophie and the rest of the tea.. Eviction successful. Took 6 months from lease end to eviction. Really exceeded expectations even after dealing with the repurcussions and backlogs of lockdowns. Everyone else said to me a year or 2 years. They were honest of the time scale, but with their efficiency and knowledge, it resulted in a quick turnaround. Very thorough checking documents and filing documents and applications to courts. I can't thank them enough. Helped me when a very bad estate's agent had washed his hands from it all and left me a bad tenant who wouldn't leave and with rent arrears. Helped with all aspects of eviction, including rent arrears. They'll let you know the best section to use. Always contactable/reachable by email or phone.
