        Would not recommend this company. They miscalculated the infill for our chimney sending and charging for double the amount actually required. They would only issue a refund if we sent the bags back at our expense which they advised would cost more than the actual refund due to the weight! We made a suggestion that we meet half way, even though it was their mistake, but they didnt want to know! At no point were we consulted on the quantities. We relied on this company's so called expertise to tell us what was required. I can only assume that having taken a year to respond, the owner has had a memory loss!!
