    After securing a place in the London Marathon through my local running club I thought I really should structure my training better to make the most of the opportunity. After hearing great things about Kyle I reached out to see if he could prepare a plan for me. This lead to a thorough assessment via a running "MOT" where Kyle identified a number of areas to work on through tailored strength exercises, including stretching and drills. All of which are available via videos on his website. We decided to go for a coaching plan rather than just a standard running plan and this has been a real benefit as Kyle is very responsive to any queries via a quick message and the weekly catch-up has constantly motivated me to keep pushing on. Even though I am not pushing myself to my limit, Kyle is sympathetic to my goals and I believe I am laying the foundations to be a better alI-round runner for the future. From my experience Kyles coaching method can benefit runners at all levels who are looking to maintain injury free training and improve their overall performance. Thanks Kyle!

    Over the last 2 years Kyle has worked with me to improve every aspect of my fitness, as well and a positive mindset towards training and racing. I can't emphasise enough how forensic Kyle is with his training methods and plans. No stone is left unturned and Kyle will put in hours of extra work to research areas that may support better and more sustainable progress. I have been running a very long time! Working with Kyle had a specific focus for me, to run faster, but developed into trying to run a faster marathon - which I never truly thought possible. So the target became a sub 2:50 marathon (pb was 2:55), then 2:46, 2:44, 2:42 until the day of the Boston Marathon (UK) race came.... I ran a 19 minute PB of 2:36. To some considerable amazement. Without Kyle, his planning, his focus and drive for me to be successful this would not have happened. I feel lucky to have met Kyle many years ago, taken him for a training session where I may have put him through his paces, to him now doing that to me, and of course for his friendship. I HIGHLY recommend Kyle, every element of the support he can provide is outstanding, he's way better than 5/5! Thank you

    Over the summer I messed around for three months hobbling around and even walking in some races which was totally against my competitive nature. The penny dropped that I needed professional help and was recomended to Kyle. I am now running 'pain free' and, as a result, the improvement in my times has been brilliant.

    Had numerous sports massage treatments with Kyle to help with a reoccurring injury. Not only was he able to rectify the immediate pain, he was able to put a brilliant plan in place to ensure the best outcome...... Pain free running. Well worth seeing him for his vast knowledge in this field.

    I first saw Kyle in May this year for a runners MOT; I had just started marathon training and thought it would be a good time to strengthen and pick up on any aspects of my running technique that I could work on and develop prior to increasing my mileage. The runners MOT was very thorough and I found it very informative. He followed this up with various strength exercises, reflecting what had been found in the MOT. Since this session my mileage has increased significantly; above and beyond what I have done before. Sessions with Kyle and the exercises/ strengthening that he planned have kept me injury free and I am feeling the strongest that I have ever felt and ready to tackle London in October! Kyle will always go the extra mile and has been available to answer any queries or concerns that I have ever had.
