Jack has an amazing little gym with lots of equipment. I love lifting heavy weights but have always struggled in public gyms to go into the weight area as it can be quite intimidating. Because I have privacy to lift what I want without the worry of others, I have made more progress in one year with Jack than I did 3 years at my previous gym. He is well priced and a genuinely lovely guy who knows his stuff! Would highly recommend to all.

I'm a person that hates the thought of exercise or going to the gym, but as I have my wedding and honeymoon coming up I thought I best push myself into it. I'm so glad I did. I've never had so much fun exercising! Jack is so funny that my hour with him flys! I always feel so good when I walk out of his gym! I'm already seeing an improvement and cannot wait to hit my honeymoon bod goals!
