        I just called today and experienced the rudest customer service. How can you call and I explain why i called and then be transferred to someone saying hi can I help you but didnt I just explain You know they are all in the same room and office what a disgrace. Why do these women have this work ethic like people dont matter. Totally unprofessional. And . L&Q contracted this company to do there work and from the get go I know there is a problem.

        I had Extreme Environmental pest control come to my flat today in Greenwich and he was absolutely amazing! So helpful, answered all my questions and was just a lovely man. Explained how it would all work and what I needed to do and reassured me he would be back in a couple weeks time to check in. Great service!
