        I absolutely love this place. I thought about checking it out years ago, but was totally intimidated about whether or not I would fit in. I've been going for the past few years and have learned so much. The people are very supportive. The classes are very challenging. And everyone I've told about SMBC has wanted to join. Can't recommend it highly enough.

        Amazing place to train, I doubt I will ever find a place this good again. Awesome staff/trainers, they really are creative with there workout regimes. John has built an amazing gym, you really do feel like part of a family when you are here, I have not found a place like this yet and I doubt I will again. Great work
