        Travelled a 20 mile trip today to visit and buy a stove only to find out that theres a sign on the gate saying were closed until Monday 3rd Jan, yet on there website it says there open all week! Is it that difficult to alter there opening times on the website??? Very poor, and a loss of a sale.

        Our experience was just perfect visited once to just have a look at the woodburners we were given great advice but certainly not badgered into buying there and then from a staff member who knew his stuff. Fast forward a mouth we went back and purchased a fire Would definitely recommend We felt they still think about the customer and there needs and budget instead of what they want to sell you Scott
