        Waiting months for documents never sent after tribunal ,just stopped again. On hold for long periods and when you do get through they need to check the system [what the court found and said] . This is unacceptable for people who need care and lack capacity to conduct affairs on there own. how can a person who has sight impairment and loss read and sign , i found made no sense and do not understand what PIP/DLA is. Passed a child as a adult and having to archive documents ....
