Wow what a place ! Came here as my daughter scared of bees ,after the amazing talks from Steve and getting near the bees and seeing what they do not only have I learnt something at the age of 36 but my daughter loves them now so thanks Steve :), cafe was great good selection of food and very quick service , lots of activities and huge play area for the kids , the honey tasting was great we loved the dandelion flavour . I have to mention this is one of the best kept family attractions Ive been to recently the grounds and facilities are immaculate and it looks very well kept and looked after ! Not a journey thats up the road for us and took some time to get here but well worth it we had a really good family day out thank you

Maybe we were unlucky on our first visit for Sunday lunch. Had to queue for 25 minutes to place our order. The person in front if me was asking advice from your staff as to what she should order which made the wait even longer. As well as customers waiting to order meals, others were waiting to pay for other snacks etc available from the counter. The first part of the meal arrived then the cutlery. We asked for mustard, then the vegetables came, then the mustard arrived. Very peacey. Sometime later the plates were cleared and we were asked if we wanted a dessert! The lunch was just an ok meal. Regrettably - never again.

Went whilst on holiday as my son loves honey and needed something to do on a rainy day. Didn't have high/many expectations but it turned out to be a brilliant day, despite the weather. The lady who did all the activities/tours/talks was very friendly and very knowledgeable and also patient with me asking lots of questions. My 4 year old took all the information on and now boasts about how much he knows about bees and how to make honey. The food in the main and soft play restaurants were really well priced and really good. Came away with some tasty honey and some incredible beeswax hand creams which have completely cured my babies eczema.
