I recently purchased a laptop from this company of which the laptop failed to work correctly at all after picking it up from their shop. The laptop was sold to me as new but I can only describe it as a failed refurbish effort judging by the state of it. Having spoken to the apparent manager of the company a Mr Stuart Godfrey I explained my issues to him although he was completely patronising and very rude regarding the whole issue after explaining it to him on the phone. I have never been so insulted by an owner of company and I am still awaiting either a refund or details of how to rectify the issue a month later as Stuart still has not got back to me of which I feel I have given him long enough and will be seeking legal action. I will not be returning ever again to this tinpot street shop and cant stress enough to anyone contemplating using FHS computers not to use this second rate company. You have been warned..

unfortunately my laptop could not be repaired, but they were very quick and helpful at a very reasonable cost.

I've been a Fort House customer since the early days and am on my second desktop with this, and my fabulous Fujitsu laptop, performing as well as the day I bought them. Everyone has always been most helpful and knowledgeable given my inability to express problems in suitable 'geek speak'. From providing quality hardware, fixing printer software, boosting a broadband signal, de-cluttering hard drives and replacing puppy-chewed cables, FHS have always been my go-to place for all things computers. Highly recommended.
