        What a sham, dont ever try and criticise this business at all if they dont meet any kind of expectation shipping and item quality upon arrival, James has a very narrow minded way of thinking and thats simply that he is justified in his way of dealing with anything, no concept of customer service with this business, would heavily recommend to avoid
