My back problem had been recurring for sometime due to an early rock climbing accident, poor posture, and numerous job careers that involved climbing through tunnels, gardening and desk jobs.
Today several years on I can move more freely after only having a few sessions back then. I still visit Fran every couple of months now for a general MOT.
Fran has been wondeful over the years and has always given me sound advice. If you suffer from any discomfort I would highly recommend a visit to the Mc Timoney Back Care Centre. Fran and her team offer a wonderful service.
