I have been a chronic headache and migraine sufferer my whole life. I was taking daily preventative medicine to help reduce the frequency of my headaches but the side effects were almost as debilitating as the pain. I have almost completed my treatment plan at Spinal health and I am so happy. I have managed to wean off the meds. my head has been so good, I have had almost no headaches now for the last couple of months and the few I have had have been mild and quick to pass. With either no pain killers or just paracetamol. (Pain killers didn't work for me before even prescription ones, headaches/migraine would last for 3-7 days) It's not just helped me with pain, I also have increased energy. It's just an incredible improvement and I am so grateful I was able to access this treatment and am so glad I invested the time and money into and my health and wellbeing. I will definitely continue with maintenance treatment as I can't go back to life the way it was before. I honestly didn't have a clue about Spinal health and the impact that it has on overall health, it's amazing!! Besides all of that, everyone there is so warm and friendly, it's a very safe feeling space. Thank you all so much!

the staff are very friendly and helpful,Julien has sorted my back issues and am now straight and upright and not like a bent banana,cannot recommend the spinal health centre highly enough,definitely recommend the centre to all my friends and family. I have my regular 6 weekly fix to to keep on top of everything, Also you can take advantage of the offers they do.
