        My first B&B experience in the uk, so nothing to compare it to, but very clean room and great size (luxury king). Everything we need to hand (including real milk as mentioned by other guests) and it's all locally sourced where possible. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Private off road parking, albeit a small car park. Great location for walking access to local facilities and, although it's a quiet little town without much to offer in itself, South Molton provides great access to most of North Devon.
