        Rooms: The room was large with high ceilings and large window giving a feeling of opulence. All original features, sympathetically decorated to enhance them. Walkability: South Molton is an interesting town. There is a Pannier Market twice a week (Thursday and Saturday). Some lovely tea rooms, antique shops, and it even has its own museum.

        Lovely B&B on a quiet street in town centre. Room extremely comfortable and finished to a very high spec. Spotless throughout. John and Cathy were the perfect hosts, providing 10/10 breakfast and wonderful conversation. Very knowledgeable about the local area. You can really see how passionate they are about ensuring the happiness and comfort of their guests. Secure parking available meant that we could happily leave things in the car without worrying about it. Will definitely be back to Kings B&B next time we visit South Molton.
