        Order a part substitute for an older model.didn't fit asked for a refund on payment and international shipping cost, for inaccurate web description said not.

        Damaged item sent and customer services say I can see this was delivered to you on the 23.02, as it states all shortages and damages need to be reported within 72 hours of receipt, after this we will not be able to accept a claim. Sending a damaged part in the first place and then claiming they have no responsibility after 3 days is terrible. Avoid at all cost!

        We had an issue with our shower for almost a year. Tony was a fantastic help in locating an older version of a part that even the manufacturer couldnt locate. We live in Canada and the part arrived quickly. I appreciate all your help.
