        We had been badly let down by another supplier. Elaine from Splash Direct was extremely helpful and accommodating. `went the extra mile to find basin and fittings to work for us. Very flexible allowing collection as we were under time pressure. Highly recommended.

        FYI Everyone, Splash Direct's excellent website is now owned by a new company (as of mid 2015) who have been trading for over 30 years in the bathroom industry, so in our book they are now fine to deal with. As a supplier to both the old company that went into administration and this new company, the difference is night and day. Byretech Ltd as one of their suppliers, recommend them without hesitation..

        Terrible customer service, interruption of warranty obligations and censorship of my review on the company website, whereby my critical review has been modified into and published as a positive one. Don't trust this business at all based on my experience and feel taken for a ride as a customer. By the way.. the above applies to the new and current management, not the previous version of spashdirect that went into administration.
