Enquired about a replacement toilet seat was asked to send photos with measurements which I did. Chasesd them up regarding photos heard nothing back. Phoned then was told they had received them and was told they would be in touch. Four days later I rang again and complained that I had no feedback from David who was looking at the request. I was told he would get back to me ime still waitng for a reply. This has been dragging on for two weeks now.

Pergamon Sottini Palazzo toilet seat replacement after 20 years Good fit, quality and colour perfect. Fitting straight forward and would fully recommend to anybody. Surprised we were able to get one after 20 years+ !!!

This company refuses to offer refunds and there is no prepaid menthod of delivery. The measurements were unclear on the site and suggested it would fit - make sure you tripple check before ordering.
