        I bought a Humanscale freedom chair for my home office, from DS Ergonomics in 2017. A couple weeks ago the gas lift on the chair failed (a little over 5 years after purchase). I got in touch about the problem, Kate and the team were really polite and helpful. She arranged for the replacement part to be sent out to me which was a doddle to swap over - I was offered an engineer to visit and change the part over if I needed, but I opted to do it myself. Absolutely wonderful service and honour of warranty. Very happy customer, I have no hesitation to recommend DS Ergonomics to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home office.
