Worse temporarily accommodation given by hertsmere council, unprofessional staff, dangous, no cooking facilities, rat dropping, sapphire independant housing need to close that place down and stop liaring about facility to hertsmere council, allowing babies and children too suffer to save jobs for people that can not and will not do their jobs properly
