Had a very positive experience with Mark and the Unique Lofts team for our loft conversion. I would highly recommend them. Michael and Brad (our team) were friendly, dedicated and hardworking. Our neighbours, who had the skip chute cross their garden, also shared how considerate and friendly they were. Michael kept me in the loop, followed up on my enquiries and gave some really helpful advice in moving airing cupboards and opening up the loft space for more natural light. All in all, highly recommended.

We recently had a loft conversion with Unique Lofts and I would highly recommend. Very professional and courteous team, communication was great, on time and work completed on schedule even with additional work being carried out. Were very happy with the end result, rooms more spacious than we expected (head height in particular) and all completed to a very high standard. The project did come in above our budget, but this is due to additional work we requested and some unforeseen work, all of which was explained fully by the team and options were provided before agreeing on the best way forward. Overall were very satisfied and I would highly recommend.

Ben and his team were really helpful and communicative through the whole project. They finished in the time quoted and kept us informed with updates daily and we could always get hold of them on WhatsApp too. They were courteous, respectful and did a great job. Mark was always available too and happy to answer our question. The work was completed on time, to a high standard and within the quote given to us. We are really pleased with our new loft and would highly recommend Unique Lofts.

Unique Lofts have been brilliant! From start to finish they are super communicative, friendly, professional and helpful. Mark was helpful in understanding our needs and concerns and putting our minds at ease. Ben and his team were not just brilliant experts, they were super dedicated and very fun to have around! I have recommended them to a friend already and will continue to do so. Not the cheapest quote we got, but definitely worth it.

Mark and his team completed our hip to gable loft conversion in September. We employed them as Mark was clearly interested in our project and made suggestions which we took on board. The pricing was good and they came in on budget. We had Michael as lead builder and he became part of the family, always on time and kept us up to date on progress with the various trades. Cant speak highly enough of him. They have done a great job and we would recommend them. The extra space is fantastic and we are delighted with the outcome.
