Very cramped, dogs allowed in eating areas which is less than ideal when combined with the claustrophobic atmosphere. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. The staff were very friendly and helpful but seemed stretched by the sheer number of people in the pub.

Good food. Small portions. Highly priced. Quality service. Fries over seasoned. Would I go again? I could have so much more for less money. However yes try the Queen. Prove me wrong:-)

Visited after here this was voted Best Sunday Lunch by Observer readers. Was expecting good things. But we were a bit disappointed. The roast dinner was ok. Not terrible but not great either. Just average pub grub. But at 18.50 for a main it felt like we should have got more bang for our buck. On the plus side the desserts were great & the staff were lovely. Not sure we would go back but it is clearly very popular & there was a nice atmosphere.
