As of right now this hotel is closed to refugees that the hotel is housing until these people are given housing. However the hotel is C##P towards these people. The hotel provides them with no service, they aren't allowed to have basic human right. Want to drink water? Enjoy getting black water mixed into your drinks. These people have to buy bottled water instead Want to eat something? The food is never ever cooked correctly or even suitable for them, their children, let alone any other human being. Nor are they allowed to have food in their rooms for "health and safety" whilst on Ramadan, something these people are going through, and require food at sundown and of course the hotel doesn't provide this to a human and fair standard. The entire hotel looks, feels and smells outdated, dusty and run down. Lights are broken, there's cobwebs, the carpets, chairs and bedding are worn-out, stink and dusty. Even after a wash. Want to wash your clothes? Enjoy one broke washing machine and dryer that is not suitable or appropriate for the amount of people here. This place doesn't even provide proper entertainment to children, day after day I've been here kids run around chaotically because there's nothing to do but waste that energy. The hotel has nothing to provide but TV and WiFi nor does the surrounding area; it's sat in the middle of no where, next to a motorway. The refugees have no transportation services that should be provided to them to travel into cities for food, medicine, everything as there's nothing here to do, but the hotel has refused to provide them with transportation beyond a single bus that comes at 12pm however only goes to a nearby village, which isn't suitable for their needs in terms of food and medical needs, nor even find work which they have desperately told me in person. It's staff appear friendly but you can feel thats a front, they aren't happy with having refugees or anyone to cater to. Management clearly don't care. Food is not allowed anywhere in the building beyond the "dining" area which is designed for 15+ people not 150+ Would I suggest you, to stay here? No! Unless you really want to stay in a prison looking building with heavily rundown interiors. Avoid completely. Go further and shame this hotel for being a home for refugees and denying basic human rights that they should provide to these good people! Men, women, children are suffering here!
