        Office sign stated closing at 12.00 (Website says 13.00)got there 11.55,David behind the counter in a angry manner "I'm serving him then I'm shutting "ok we all have off days,but he should have put a sign up ie nobody after 11 30 will be served. One horrible bloke.

        If it would allow I would not even award one star!! The service extremely poor and horrific! Who knew a chair in the queueing system meant they were not serving anymore customer? Is it that difficult to put a note on abit of paper? Also be very aware that this place operate to close early whenever they feel like it!! More than 10 times in the space of a month they put the chair in place between 4.30 and 4.45 even though advertising opening hours till 5.30!!! Always the same excuse is given, shes on her own and needs to cash up! One hour to count cash?! The solution is simple, hire more staff or change the opening time online! I would strongly advise to avoid this place if possible, the behaviour displayed will certainly put you on a foul mood!!

        Seems to shut when it wants to instead of 5:30, 4pm one day, 2pm another day. 1 person on counter even when there are long queues.
