        We had a fire and surrounded fitted by these people 10 mts ago recently had a problem with it when we tried to tell them about it told sarcastically nothing do with us get in touch with the manufacturer think the word that springs to mind is COWBOYS could say more why waste my time they are a joke

        From visiting the showroom, to installation, the service was excellent. Steve was informative about the fire and fire surround options. Removal of the old fire, and fitting of the new one was extremely professional- thanks steve. Would highly recommend the myfiresandsurrounds .

        Steve sold a fireplace to my elderley grandparents and said he knew a plasterer who could help with a damp patch near where the fire was to be installed. Steve himself turned up, proceeded to knock the old plaster off and then shoved some CEMENT on it!!! He still took payment as well. He said he didn't finish it because my grandad told him to stop. My grandad told him to stop because Steve clearly didn't have a clue what he was doing! No refund offered. Scam artist.
