we're about 5mins late. When we arrived no body there. Only A female giving treatment to other women.No reception no other worker being polite I and my hus just browsing all the frames. After about 20mins .A lady turns up and said no appointment and kicks us out?! I understand that if we late you skip us but why no one to tell us in advance. What a waste of time! After all that opticians isnt profession not good! BAD BAD
