        bought some porcelain garden tiles great quality. however the delivery driver damaged our drains we asked for assistance and was told oh its a 3rd party... really disappointed in the customer service and the fact we paid 168 for delivery if thier choice but refused to help

        Ordered a large quantity of the Ashton mink 60x60 porcelain tiles and absolutely over the moon with them. Fabulous price and lovely product. Great customer service too. Highly recommended

        Good service and great products. The wrong colour Tiles were sent, and there were 4 and a half pallets. They quickly resolved the mistake. Most companies can be courteous when things are going well. It is how they handle mistakes or problems when a company shows how good or bad they are. A* for dealing with what could have been a real headache and costly mistake.
