Came here to have highlights in my hair and as it is a predominantly female hair salon and with me being male, regardless of this, I felt very welcomed and the service was exceptional. Food and drinks service too whiles having the service also which was amazing! Superb job, highly recommend!

11th July 2020: updated review since Covid-19 I just want to say a massive thank you to Heather and Salon Sienna for another amazing haircut. My first visit in six months (I was already overdue when lockdown was put in place!!) and since the Covid-Secure measures have been introduced - I think its really important to say when a business does such a fantastic job, and it is evident that much hard work and planning has gone into preparing the salon for reopening. Not only did Heather give me a really brilliant haircut, but I felt relaxed and pampered (a lovely hair wash!) and enjoyed the warm, friendly, sociable atmosphere that the Salon has always had. Anyone hesitating about booking in during these strange times, I can attest that the atmosphere is still relaxed and friendly alongside a really conscientious attitude to hygiene and the new regulations - staff are visibly cleaning, people flow and spacing is being well managed, all staff and customers have face masks / visors, sanitising station etc. The salon feels smart and professional even with all the new protective equipment (screens, visors) in place. The communications prior to my visit were fantastic talk-through the new procedures on the phone, email explanation, questionnaire to fill in, texts to confirm the appointment all brilliant. Made me as the customer feel very well informed about what was expected of me, and how my appointment would play out. Hats off to all the team at Salon Sienna, you have done a brilliant job adapting to the new environment whilst keeping the enjoyable, friendly vibe and of course providing top quality hairdressing. I would always have recommended Salon Sienna (especially the lovely and very talented Heather!) but even more so now now is the time to get out supporting these wonderful local businesses who are going the extra mile to keep us safe whilst providing great service. Cant wait for my next appointment --- Original first-visit review from 2018: Great haircut from Heather today. I was after quite a specific style and she did a brilliant job - fantastic with the hairdryer, didn't need straightening at all! The salon is comfortable and fresh. Salon is in the Kirkway square so parking is easy and convenient for other bits of shopping as well. Lovely goodie-bag was a really nice touch. Well worth the money and hope to become a regular.
