I decided to write a bad review because the treatment I received from The Cosmetics Suite didn't work on me. I had a Lip Blush done few months ago and spent a lot of money, but after few weeks I contacted Kiara to let her know that the treatment didn't work at all and I didn't get even 5% of a good result. I was expecting her to invite me for a check up and see for herself, but this wasn't the case up to today. Kiara didn't bother to look into it. The only thing that matters to her it is making her money and not to satisfy customers. I messaged her first time and she responded saying that I needed more lip blush sessions, I told her that the first one was not successful how could I go for more if I got 0 result from the first one? Since then, she ignored all messages I sent after that up to now. I am really disappointed because this is not the outcome I was hoping for. I was expecting Kiara to offer me a free trial or even use me as a model so that she could try the treatment on me again and see what would be the result. She didn't acknowledge how I was feeling at that time, all she wanted was more money from me. All customers would expect a clinic to take responsibilities when they don't meet customers expertise. Ignoring a situation like this doesn't make things better for a Business. This is a selfish move because you made money out my pocket but I lost money. This is not fair. The right thing to do would be to offer a free treatment or return my money so that I will get the treatment done elsewhere. Service: Makeup services
